The local chapter of Slow Food, Slow Food South East Wales, has identified the South Wales Mountain Sheep as it’s first entry into the Ark of Taste.
We are celebrating its inclusion and asking you to help us remember, celebrate and continue to enjoy the foods that make Wales so unique.
